Light French Toast

Dip a slice of whole grain bread in 1/4 cup egg substitute, sprinkle with cinnamon. Brown each side in skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, Serve with 1 t. reduced calorie margarine and 2 t. light maple syrup. Add 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or other fruit.
