Mock Rueben

Layer 1 tablespoon reduced fat Thousand Island dressing, thin sliced turkey breast (3 ounces), reduced fat swiss cheese (such as Kraft Free) and sauerkraut on rye bread. If near stove or toaster over, you could toast the bread with a little butter or cooking spray until lightly browned and cheese is melted. (To reduce fat even more, use a fat-free thousand island).
